THRIVE FOR CHANGE is an innovative Kenya-based training and capacity-strengthening platform dedicated to empowering aid and development practitioners, with a strong emphasis on gender equality, inclusion, and transformative social change.
Alongside small-groups (or online) training, THRIVE provides gender-focused research, evaluations, and advisory support to organisations seeking to strengthen gender-responsive and inclusive approaches within projects and programmes.

Thrive holds special training courses and events for aid workers, NGO and local organisational staff, and researchers in gender and development, social enterprise and research (Professional Development Courses).
Courses are both IN PERSON and ONLINE, and open to men and women in the East African region and beyond.
