an interactive and supportive approach to COLLECTIVE learning in small groups

A combination of various teaching methods are used by Thrive during the courses including:
•    Lectures and presentations
•    Case studies
•    Group discussions, exercises and presentations
•    Literature study/readings

In the courses, Thrive places a strong emphasis on student participation and interaction in a relaxed environment in small groups. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, in the class sessions as well as through working in smaller groups. Cases and class assignments are used to enhance the practical, development-oriented perspective of the course and illustrate real-life examples.

Drawing on front-line knowledge and first-hand experience, this training methodology is aimed to inspire, stimulate, and encourage with a philosophy on collective learning and exchange, in a uniquely female-only intimate environment.

Certificate:

Each participant will receive a certificate of participation on the last day of the course if she has attended all designated training days, and actively interacted in the sessions.
